Fall 2026 Update!!!
Exciting News!
Rola is excited to announce that we will be moving our in person classes to Somerville! With the ever increasing prices of..well, everything...we have decided to move from Porter Square. We will be having evening classes at Parts & Crafts located at 561 Windsor St, Suite B402, Somerville, MA 02143. We are super grateful for this opportunity and transition.
We will begin this transition with a limited amount of classes; however, we will also be rolling out a new group of online classes that are more dynamic, more thematic, and ever changing.
New Levels, New Classes, More Fun!
As we grow into more online classes and new in-person classes in Somerville, our goal remains the same: meeting you where you are, with the classes you actually need.
We know there's more competition than ever out there — apps, AI, self-study tools. So we want to say a genuine thank you to those of you who still value real, human connection in learning: in-person classes and live online instruction with a real teacher who adapts to you. That's something no app can replace, and we don't take it for granted.
This summer, we've rethought our offerings to make things simpler and more streamlined. Going forward, we'll offer:
Two beginner classes: Foundations and Accelerated
Two intermediate classes: Foundations and Themed Classes
Foundations is designed for complete beginners, or for students transitioning into the next level. Accelerated is for students who already have some background — maybe you need a refresher, but you're ready to keep moving forward, not start from scratch. The Themed intermediate classes will be our new version of conversation based courses.
To make sure every class is the right fit, we'll send a short pre-course survey after you register and before class begins, so we can tailor the content to your group's specific needs and level.

While we offer a standard lineup of classes, we know your language goals might be a little more specific — and we want to help you get there. If there's a class, level, or language you don't see on our website, just let us know what you have in mind!
From time to time, we reach out to students when we see enough interest to organize something new. All we need is 4 students to get a class off the ground — so if you know others who share your interest, bring them along!
Learn In-Person
Join us in the classroom for a dynamic, face-to-face learning experience. In-person classes offer real-time interaction, community, and the energy of learning alongside others in a supportive environment.
Learn Online
Prefer flexibility? Our live online classes make it easy to learn from anywhere while still benefiting from expert instruction, real conversation practice, and meaningful connections with your teacher and classmates.
