*1 session is 8 weekly classes* Advanced Portuguese is a conversation-based class. This class does not have a book. Strengthen advanced speaking and listening skills through the rhythms that shaped modern Brazilian culture. Students analyze lyrics, discuss the evolution of both genres, and explore the artists, regions, and social movements behind their influence. Class conversations use music as a gateway to richer vocabulary, sharper interpretation, and a deeper understanding of Brazil's cultural identity. Perfect for advanced learners who want to deepen their fluency through rich discussions on Brazil's music, culture, and lyrical poetry.

Cancellation Policy
If a student decides to withdraw from a class, refunds will only be given up to 24 hours before the start date. Due to our small class sizes, a waiting list may exist, so this policy aims to reduce last-minute changes which impact other students' ability to register.
